Intel will not migrate to Vista

At its facilities

Although
it’s been evident for some that Vista is not the most polished OS out there, Microsoft’s bullying move to impose Vista on every user on the planet seems to have failed; in this case, at least.

Some reports claim that Intel recently announced that they will not adopt Vista at its facilities, and although they didn’t officially confirm it – they didn’t deny it, either. Hardware support will, of course, continue, but Intel is simply reluctant to embrace this “under construction” OS.

It makes sense – if you have more employees you’ll want to make the best out of your network, computers, and more or less anything that’s there with a functional reason. Well, I guess “shiny and transparent” didn’t cut it this time. (I get the funny feeling you're not very fond of Vista yourself... sub.ed.)
