HTC Sense 5 coming to more smartphones

Written by Slobodan Simic

HTC One X, One X+, One S and Butterfly

In case you have been looking at Sense 5 on the HTC One with envy as you have one of the earlier released HTC high-end smartphones you might be in luck as HTC replied on Facebook that HTC One X, One X+, One S and Butterfly will get the update as well.

According to a reply on its Facebook site, HTC noted that it will bring the Sense 5 update to the international versions of the phones and will include all software features from the new HTC One. Androidpolice.com managed to get confirmation from HTC as well. HTC also mentioned that some features enabled by the new HTC One hardware will not be available in the software update.

Unfortunately, HTC did not reveal any precise date other than "in the next few months" so we will just have to keep an eye out for that update.

More here.
