GoW: Judgment demo to land March 19th

Written by David Stellmack

XP earned to carry over to the full game

Microsoft is confirming that a new multiplayer demo for the upcoming release of Gears of War: Judgment will be headed to Xbox 360 players on March 19th. The demo will only be available to Xbox Live Gold subscribers, however.

The Demo will give players a taste of the new OverRun multiplayer mode. The big news is that XP earned by playing the demo will carry over into the full game if you purchase it a within a week after it is released. Those that pre-order the game at GameStop will even get access to the demo on March 15th to give players a head start.

The OverRun mode is a new mode where players alternate between playing the Locusts and the COG soldiers on five-player teams in an objective-oriented, class-based mode. OverRun is a new multiplayer mode that will be featured in Judgment.
