Written by Slobodan Simic

29-hour battery, Jelly Bean and a nice price

Lenovo seems bent on dethroning Motorola's Droid RAZR MAXX HD in terms of battery life, thanks to the new IdeaPhone P770, which boasts a 3,500mAh battery.

In addition to the massive battery, which is enough for 29-hour talk time according to Lenovo, the new 4.5-inch qHD IPS IdeaPhone P770 also comes with 1.2GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 CPU, 1GB of RAM memory, 5MP main snapper and Android 4.1 OS. Additional battery capacity comes at a price, so it measures 133x67x11.9mm and 161g, pretty close to the DROID MAXX HD's (131.9x67.9x9.3mm and 157g).

According to Lenovo, the 3,500mAh battery is enough for 29-hour of talk time and almost a month of standby. It also comes with various power-saving modes.

The best part of the story is the price of Lenovo P770, set at CNY 1,699 (around US $270/€200). Unfortunately, it is only available in China and Lenovo did not reveal any worldwide availability plans.
