Toshiba announces new 13-inch notebook

Portege M800 comes in Q3


13.3-inch
screens are the new black in the notebook world and Toshiba has announced a new 13.3-inch addition to its Portege line.

The Portege M800 is powered by an Intel T5750 Core 2 Duo clocked at 2GHz and uses Intel's GM965 chipset with X3100 integrated graphics. It comes with 1GB of memory and a 250GB hard drive, a DVD burner and the usual goodies such as wireless, Firewire, Bluetooth and an Expresscard expansion slot.

It measures 314 x 229 x 35 mm, weighs 1.97kg and ships with Vista Home Premium. There's no word on the price yet, and the new Portege is expected to hit European shores in Q3.
