Some users are apparently seeing issues
The Mechromancer DLC package is apparently causing issues for a number of users and they have been complaining to Gearbox. The Mechromancer DLC pack is said to be resetting some players’ Badass Rank and removing their Gold Keys, as well as removing player customizations.
Users are venting their unhappiness at Gearbox, who so far has not said much more than they are working on a fix and trying to figure out what is causing the glitch. It seems that it is still unknown exactly how widespread the problem is; and it is also unknown whether this is related to another problem a few weeks back that saw a player’s Badass rank being reset at random.
