PC Black Ops 2 will have dedicated servers

Written by David Stellmack

Treyarch confirms as title inches closer to release

In a very quick Tweet from Cesar Stastny, Treyarch’s technical director, he has confirmed that the PC version will have Ranked Dedicated servers for Black Ops 2. This news actually confirms what has been a back and forth issue for Treyarch.

While the PC version is confirmed for release on November 13th, the news about ranked dedicated servers should sit well with many PC players who have been on the fence about picking up Black Ops 2. While there are a few things to iron out as far as the dedicated servers go, the news is clearly a step in the right direction.
