Ubisoft not confirming it at this time

Ubisoft is planning for a new Splinter Cell title, as many have suspected. According to a leaked release list for 2012, the company is planning the release of a new Splinter Cell title that is expected to be called Splinter Cell Retribution.

Splinter Cell Retribution is slated for release during the 2012 holiday season. It is expected that the game will be available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and the PC this time around.

Other than the name no additional details have been released, but you should expect it to be one of the stars of the Ubisoft showings at E3.
