Hotfix released for MW3

Written by David Stellmack

Targets exploits and glitches

Infinity Ward has released a hotfix that targets a number of exploits and glitches in the multiplayer modes of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. The hotfix is also said to address some balance issues, as well, according to the developer.

The hotfix was released for all platforms at the same time, which is unique in the release of these hotfixes. A bigger patch to tweak and enhance a few more things is said to be in development, but it isn’t clear yet when that might arrive. Of course, map packs for MW3 are coming; and it is likely that the patch should precede the next one.
