LEGO Batman 2 to add DC heroes

Written by David Stellmack

Superman, Wonder Woman, and maybe Green Lantern

TT Games is already hard at work on the sequel to the very popular Lego Batman, with the appropriately titled Lego Batman 2. The sequel which is expected to be released in 2012 will apparently not only include Batman, but feature appearances from other DC heroes.

Recent artwork suggests that Superman, Wonder Woman, and maybe even Green Lantern will be making an appearance in Lego Batman 2. The news isn’t surprising, as the LEGO Group had announced back in July that the company had a deal in place for more DC Super Heroes.

While the release date of Lego Batman 2 isn’t known, sources tell us to expect a late summer or early fall release in 2012. Warner Bros Interactive will be publishing the title when it is released for multiple platforms.
