Samsung has confirmed that there will be a November 13 release for the 16 GB model of the Honeycomb-powered Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus 7-inch tablet.

Pre-orders for Samsung‘s upcoming Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus have started but no one had been giving up an actual release date. According to a press release the 7-inch Honeycomb-powered tablet will arrive on November 13, with a price tag of $399.99.
Best Buy, Amazon, Tiger Direct and Fry’s are offering the device.

Initially only the 16 GB model will be available; the larger 32 GB storage capacity version won’t be in stores until a later date. Rumours are that the it will tip up later this year or early next year. The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is damn fine value for money the Honeycomb OS is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core processor. It includes a 3 MP camera and is capable of capturing high-definition video at 720p. It also features a built-in infrared transmitter, allowing it to be used as a sort of superpowered universal remote control.

It has also been designed to bypass all those nasty patent lawsuits that Apple has been flinging at the company to take their rivals off the shelves.
