Conservative bloggers who have been sipping the Tea Party Kool Aid are incandescent with rage about a Flash game which portrays them all as Zombies. Proving that they are not brain dead morons stumbling from one reactionary stupidity to another, the Tea Party fans claim the game Tea Party Zombies Must Die encourages kids to shoot them.
The game puts the player into the roll of a survivor of a zombie apocalypse and arms them with weaponry to take out zombified, heavily stereotypical versions of Tea Party supporters as well as Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann. Tea Party favourites Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich are included as well as Fox News figures like Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity and the recently fired Glenn Beck.
There are positive Obama facts in between levels and a few rants about the Tea party. The Zombies have titles like “Generic Pissed Off Old White Guy Zombie” and “Factory Made Blonde Fox News Barbie Zombie”.
Sadly the games are not that great. A bit like early Doom and extremely dated. But the humourless responds from the Tea Party just shows how nutty they really are.
