EA confirms E3 live demos

Written by David Stellmack

We know some of what to expect
Electronic Arts has confirmed some of the live demos that we can expect during its upcoming press event on June 6th for E3. The best news about this is that live Microsoft Spike TV in the U.S. will be airing EA’s “Gamechangers 2011” press conference live on Monday, June 6th at 3:30 p.m. from the Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles.

As part of the event we now know that we will be seeing live demos of the latest build of Battlefield 3, Mass Effect 3, SSX, Need for Speed: The Run, Madden NFL 12, FIFA 12, and Star Wars: The Old Republic. Sources confirm to us that at least some of these titles will be playable on the floor at E3.

According to whispers we hear, we should also expect several other titles to be seen and announced, as well. It is still a bit early to know what all of them are, but we suspect that NCCA Football 12, NHL 12, and the upcoming release of the new downloadable next installment of NBA Jam should make the E3 show.
