Xbox 360 avatars will get the chance to gain super powers when PowerUP Heroes arrives from Ubisoft. The game has been in secret development for some time and will arrive around June, according to sources.

Players will use Kinect to control their Xbox 360 avatar, which allows players to infuse their super suits with powers in battles in order to take their opponent’s super suit. Twenty different suits with different abilities will be available.

While several avatar titles have arrived for the Xbox 360, this one promises to be the first Kinect-enabled avatar fighting title. The concept is unique and should draw significant attention from Kinect owners.
