Should come soon
According to a manual spotted by the guys at Engadget, the upcoming Alienware M11x will feature already rumored Core i5/i7 ULV processors as well as the now pretty much confirmed Nvidia Geforce GT 540M graphics.

The manual also revealed that the new M11x R3 will feature faster DDR3 bus (1333MHz), a 2MP webcam, a better HD TrueLife LCD and 3G/4G optional broadband. The card will feature either 1 or 2GB of memory and in case you missed it, the GT 540M packs 96 CUDA Cores clocked at 1344MHz while the GDDR3 memory is clocked at 900MHz and paired up with a 128-bit memory interface, at least according to official Nvidia specs.

There is still no info regarding the price or the availability date but all rumours suggest that we'll see this one pretty soon.
