Apple confirms iPad 2 international launch

Written by

Something smug coming our way March 25
Apple has pinned down the international launch of its iPad 2 tablet for March 25.

The new toy has been on sale in the US for weeks, but smaller markets were forced to take a number and wait. The Japan launch was also postponed due to recent tragic events.

Be as it may, the new iPad is scheduled to go in sale March 25 in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the U.K.

We will buy Nick Farrell one as a wedding gift.
