Epic has new title in pipeline

Written by David Stellmack

Look for announcement at GDC
Epic apparently has another title in the pipeline beyond everything else the company has been working on. According to a number of rumors which seem to now have been confirmed by Cliff Bleszinski, a new title will be shown at GDC.

This new title is said to feature the talents of former Prototype designer, Eric Holmes, who has joined Epic to lead the team in this new development effort. Epic has been focused on expanding their own IP in recent years to broaden their offerings.

It is hard to say what this new title could be or what platform the new title could be for. With the recent success of Infinity Blade, all bets are off on this new title being only a console release. It’s hard to say what Epic might be planning, but knowing Epic it will be something worth seeing.
