Scores P4939 in 3DMark 11
One of the users from hardwareluxx.de forum managed to get his hands on the HD 6970 card and in addition to a couple of photos, he has also posted some of the early benchmarks.

The card has a dual slot design with a blower-style fan and needs one 8-pin and one 6-pin PCI-Express power connector. The most interesting thing that can be seen on pictures is the small switch located near two Crossfire connectors, but we'll keep that one for a different news post.

According to the same user at hardwareluxx.de forum, the card scores P4939 in 3DMark11. According to the 3DMark11 screenshot, the HD 6970 was paired up with Phenom II X6 1055T CPU.

You can check out all of the pictures as well as the rest of the info here.
