It has now been confirmed that the PC title, APB, that had its plug pulled when developer Realtime Worlds went under has been purchased by GamersFirst, and will be returning soon as APB Reloaded. GamersFirst plans to continue with the game being a micro-transaction title moving forward.

Before the planned re-launch of APB: Reloaded next year, the new owner is enlisting the help of the community and players by asking what they would like to see from the title. This can be new ideas or concepts for the game; or perhaps just feedback on what it would take to get you playing the game.

GamersFirst claims that they are already “…deep into the planning and execution stages for the next chapter of APB.” The company is planning to deliver more details in the months ahead, but it also plans to spend a lot of time focused on engaging the community to get their thoughts and feelings about the planned changes coming to the game.
