All that you need at a lower price

AC Ryan has updated its media player lineup with yet another model that keeps things simple and offers everything that you might need from a media player at a reasonable price. The Playon!HD Essential can play 1080p videos, has an internal hard drive, USB ports, HDMI output, and most importantly, a reasonable and low price.

AC Ryan's Commercial Director, Tobias Brinkmann added that the new Playon!HD Essential has been created as an answer to a demand for entry level, no network, lower price point media player. The market has been simply flooded with media players, and they either feature full support with all the features that you can find, but with a higher price tag, or they come with a lower price tag but with a rather handful of features and mediocre format support.

The Playon!HD Essential features two USB 2.0 ports, card reader, HDMI 1.3 and Composite outputs and can be bought equipped with either 500GB, 1TB or 2TB HDD. The announced low price tag is quite impressive as the new Playon!HD Essential sells for €139 for the 500GB version, €155 for the 1TB version and €199 for the 2TB one.
