Radeon HD 6850 for $180
My fellow American readers it looks like you might have more luck in getting Radeon HD 6870 and 6850 cards than old Europe. At this time, around 7AM Eastern time and 4AM Pacific time, it looks like that both of these cards are available at Newegg.

The faster and more expensive one Radeon HD 6870 is available in US for $239.99 + $6.98 shipping fee, and that kind of money will buy you SAPPHIRE 100315L Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity card, while the runner up PowerColor AX6850 1GBD5-DH Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity will cost some 50 cents more.

XFX US still hopes that it can sell its cards for $279.99 + $7.56 shipping while Gigabyte and Asus are at default $239.99 + 7.56 shipping. MSI is $10 more expensive at $249.99 + 7.56 shipping.

All Radeon HD 6870 cards are listed and currently available here.

Radeon HD 6850 starts at $179.99 + $6.98 shipping fee if you chose Sapphire and Power Color card and Gigabyte will cost you $0.50 more due slightly more expensive shipping. Not a big difference to make most of you care.  XFX is listed for $209.99 + $7.56 shipping, but I guess once and if Newegg runs out of cards priced at 179.99, XFX should be ok selling its cards for a higher, originally intended price.

You can check Radeon HD 6850s and buy them here.

Tiger Direct is a bit more expensive with $269.99 for an XFX 6870 card listed here.

Radeon HD 5870 and 5850 are still far more expensive than the 6870 and 6850 which doesn´t make much sense, so we're expecting to see some price cuts soon.
