"Power Consumption"
"higher is better"

It all makes sense now.

Nice review, but oddly enough, the results seem to be quite different. In the other review I read, the 6850 beat the 1GB 460 in almost every benchmark, and the 6870 beat the 5850 in almost every benchmark. Here it seems to be the opposite. Confusing.

I recomend to see the reviews from anadntech and techpowerups, fudworld is on another dimension, all the scores are biased.

They are biased, is normal in fudzilla world, but hold to reallity: http://www.anandtech.com/show/3987/amds-radeon-6870-6850-renewing-competition-in-the-midrange-market/8

And remember, reading AMD reviews on fudzilla is just for the joke, stick with pros like techpowerups, anand tech (on starcraft 6850/6870 wiped the floor with fermi).

So, such pricing, performance and potential make it virtually impossible for us not to recommend XFX’s HD 6870 or HD 6850 cards.

Hmmm Hard isn't it.

50 tumbs up ;)
