€298.90 end user price, Android powered
A multinational shopping group that goes under the name Metro is selling Tegra 2 based Toshiba netbook, and it has been doing that for a while.

You can see it at page 13 of the online version of their catalogue and this is among the first Tegra 2 dual-core netbooks that we've ever seen listed, here.

It looks just like any other netbook, it is priced at €298.90 for the end user and €249 without a tax reseller price. The name of the machine is Android AC100-10K and it comes with Tegra 250 mobile web processor and 512MB DDR2 533MHz RAM, but we don’t have any details about the storage capacity.

It is available today but since it is based on older version of Android, most likely 2.1 we don’t think it has killer performance. Nvidia didn’t make a lot of noise about this one, so it probably is not killer device that will send Tegra 2 in the next sales dimension.

Still, no news about any tablets based on Tegra 2.
