First Meego tablet coming next week

Written by Fuad Abazovic

IDF 2010: Intel pushes new platform
Next week a company called 42 will ship the first Meego tablet. We managed to take a far picture of it and here is how it looks.

A company rep showed a demo on the IDF stage and the first impression is good. The tabled packs an Atom processor, but the chap didn’t talk about battery life, price, storage and other important aspects.

He did mention that it will start shipping in a place called Germany but we don’t know, where and at what price, a few not so (un)important details.

The tablet worked pretty well at the live demo, but you cannot really see much in a 1 minute demo. It will easily browse the internet and play some sort of video, not sure if it can do HD though.
