Based on Nvidia's Tegra 2
Toshiba will launch its first tablet PC model in September according to the dark satanic rumour mill. The beast will be based around Nvidia's Tegra 2 processor,  which means that that Green Goblin has finally found a buyer for the chip.

It will use  Android and have a 10-inch screen which will make it slightly bigger than the iPad. According to DigiTimes, Toshiba expects to sell 40,000-50,000 units, which is well below what Jobs Mob is turning out at the moment.

Many outfits are launching  tablet PCs by the end of 2010 or early 2011. Acer will have one by December and Lenovo is also set to launch its first tablet PC (LePad) by the end of 2010. Asustek's Eee Pad will not hit the shops until March 2011. HP will probably be first off the mark with an Android/ARM tablet PC that it will bundle with a printer in September.
