Apple
has been forced to release another huge security patch for its Leopard operating system.

The patch fixes more than 41 vulnerabilities in Mac OSX and updates its Windows browser. Since Leopard was released Apple has patched more than 200 bugs in the nine security updates.

Apple refuses to rank the flaws found in its software so that it can pretend that they are minor. However, many of the bugs that have been found in its software are ranked as critical by security experts.

One of the patches fixes a bug that was first fixed in March 2006 but for some reason Apple failed to include it when it built Leopard.
