Nexoc Odin E806 for €2199
A few months back we wrote about Eurocom's Core i7 based laptop, here. Now it has popped up in the European channel, and one retails expects to have it in stock in mid-May, and the list price is €2199.
The Core i7 920 based laptop will sell under the Nexoc Odin E806 brand. It packs a 17-inch 1920x1200 screen, a choice of up to three 500GB hard drives in RAID 0/1/5, Blu-ray option, GeForce GTX280M graphics with 1024MB of memory and it weighs as much as your average supermodel.
At 5.40kg it's not a laptop, but rather a portable desktop. It ships with a 12-cell battery, which is good an hour's worth of Nehaleming on the go, and with a thickness of 51-60mm, you could easily fit three MacBook Airs in it.
