In a recent interview with the Official PlayStation Magazine, Ubisoft's scriptwriter, Kevin Shortt spilled the beans on Far Cry 3 development.

After being asked on whether he's working on Far Cry 3, Mr. Shortt answered with a "no", but added how "the team are and what I've seen looks pretty exciting".

Unfortunately, other than the fact that Far Cry 3 is in the works, it's anyone's guess on how the game will look. It has been suggested that the third sequel will be set in Africa or Antartica, and that it will use an improved version of Dunia Engine, but we'll know more.

Ubisoft have yet to comment on this, but we hope their writing staff is better at writing than they are at keeping secrets.
