No clue if the Xbox 360 will get it, as well

Our sources
have enlightened us today that on September 17th, all new content will be headed to Batman: Arkham Asylum. From what we understand, it will be all new challenge rooms.

The news is being broadcast across the PlayStation 3 ticket, but the real mystery is whether the downloadable content will also be headed to the Xbox 360. From what we understand from our sources, at least for the time being it would appear that the new content will be for the PlayStation 3 only.

Sources tell us that new downloadable content is being developed for the Xbox 360, but it is not yet ready to go. Some DLC content, however, will arrive for the Xbox 360 at some point, we just don’t know when. Also, while we keep hearing the rumors that Xbox 360 owners will get the chance to download and play the Joker, just as with the PS3 version, we are not so sure that this is accurate any longer.

Now we are hearing that the Joker is exclusive to the PS3, but according to what we are hearing now, the Xbox 360 might get an exclusive character of its own at some point in the future as a download; however, our sources tell us that you should not expect it to be free.
