Finally, someone with integrity

Many Rock Band/Guitar Hero fans will be sad to hear that Jimmy Page categorically said no to a Led Zeppelin video game when asked about it, saying how the band’s compositions are impossible to replicate.

He added how the remnants of the good ol’ Zeps don’t intend to follow suit of the likes of Aerosmith, Metallica, The Beatles, etc., who’ve as you know kindly [A fistful of cash can be considered kind. sub.ed.] allowed developers to use their songs to make some more “kindness”.

Apparently, this question has been asked quite a couple of times, but Page insists that the tracks such as Good Times Bad Times and Christmas are quite difficult even for experienced drummers, let alone for some kids trying to replicate it. He also jokingly added how there could be a lot of alcohol consumed over Christmas and how it still wouldn’t help.

Similarly to what yours truly holds to be the ultimate truth (well, one of them at least), mister Page suggested that people should simply pick up an actual instrument if they want to learn the craft. We on the other hand are simply glad that for once someone said no to a pile of cash and decided to keep their legendary status – as opposed to some other, Napster-hating, cash-loving “rock” bands.
