PS3 sales in Germany surpass one million units

Sony meets aims sooner than planned

 

Sony Computer Entertainment Deutschland today announced that PS3 sold its millionth unit in Germany.

Sony is quite pleased for meeting their aims 2 months before the end of fiscal 2008, and selling exactly million PS3 consoles in Germany.

PS3 consoles aside, the last year saw about 500K PS2 consoles sold in Germany which made this console the most popular gaming console in Germany, after totaling at 5.8 million sold units.
