Two new classes in December

Mythic and GOA Europe launched a new patch for their MMO Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning. Although rumor had it that v1.04 will bring many changes in terms of balancing out characters and making some characters more powerful, it didn’t happen after all.

The new patch brings a lot of changes and fixes, as well as special new open missions related to Halloween. These missions will last a couple of days, whereas the rewards will be various masks and robes.

Among the changes made is the distribution of realm points for healing classes, meaning these characters will get more points to heal their co-gamers.

Talking about patches, it’s important to note that Mythic’s General Manager recently announced the return of two classes that were there in beta testing, but got the shoe in the final version. The reason for this is cited as the classes not being finalized.

These two new classes will emerge on 17th of November in one of the patches. Adding new classes in a patch is not something you see in MMO games, as such things are kept for the new expansions, but Mythic claims they want to give their players more for the money the pay, and thus enhance their gaming pleasure.

The classes that will find their way back into the game are the Black Guard and the Knight of the Blazing Sun.
