New 2D game for Wii

Nintendo recently announced the launch date for their game, Wario Land: The Shake Dimension, and it looks like we’ll see it on the shelves on the 26th of September this year.

This 2D arcade game is launching for Wii and it features a sideways view on your character. The character itself, as well as the surrounding details, is made in 2D, which is quite rare these days.

The game features 20 levels with different settings, such as deserts, jungles, caves, etc. You’ll be in the shoes of Wario, the hero who has to save the queen Merelda. Queen Merelda was, of course, previously kidnapped by the pirate king, Shake.
