Carcassone free on Xbox Live for 24 hours

8 Million users in just five years


Microsoft is in the mood to celebrate its Xbox Live service five-year anniversary by giving away the Xbox Live Arcade game, Carcassone, free of charge from 12:01 AM P.D.T. November 15th to 11:59 PM P.D.T. November 16th.

In just eight short years, Microsoft has been able to sign up over eight million subscribers to the Xbox Live service, which makes it the largest connected gaming network ever. In addition Microsoft will also be handing out 500 free Microsoft points to every subscriber who joined the network at its start in 2002.
