The site has been showing a live video feed of the cheese maturing for the past 11 months, and as the date draws near, the site has chosen to offer the cheese for auction. The current bidding price is 520 quid, so don't think this will be an E-bay bargain. But if you do win it at least you'll have something to brag about during those holiday dinners.
Of course, all the proceeds from the auction will go to charity, so although a bit cheesy, it's for a good cause.
