In Germany, UK and Austria

Apple has announced the iPhone 4 and in at least a few European countries you will be able to pre-order one on June 15th.

The prices are still not available for both T-mobile Germany and Austria are saying that you will be able to pre-order one on June 15th. T-mobile Holland also has hints for its users that it might got the iPhone 4 soon.

No one is talking about the EU prices but we expect similar prices to the price of iPhone 3Gs when it launched. Today in Austria you can buy a 16GB 3GS for €79 + 24 months of at least €29 (€696 over two years) and Austrian Orange doesn’t even care to sell the 3GS knowing that its customers might be unhappy with the older phone as the new one is launching in a few weeks.

In The UK you will get an iPhone 3GS for free if you order one today. Carphonewarehouse expects to have iPhone 4G in June but date might be subject to change. Overall, an iPhone on a 2-year plan costs upwards of €100 in European markets.

No special upgrade program for iPhone 4 customers who own iPhone 3GS and 3G models has been announced for Europe, at least not yet.
