New survey

Rather than
being 'cool' a new survey has shown that owning an iPhone singles you out as a person who the opposite sex would not touch with a bargepole – even if you had one.

A new study from Retrevo say that Apple iPhone users are more likely to find cool gadgets more sexy than college degrees, frequently watch "adult material" on their phones, and have no qualms texting or emailing a break up. One in three iPhone owners has texted or emailed their significant other to break up. One in three iPhone owners say that, if their partner had out-of-date gadgets, they would find it difficult to have sex with them.

If this is the case then it is also not surprising that one in five iPhone owners admits to frequently watching "adult material" on their iPhones as the chance of a real person wanting to sleep with them is limited. One in four iPhone users has broken up with their partner because they have been told that they spend more time on the phone than doing anything useful.

iPhone owners are more likely to see themselves as media buffs, extroverts, and intellectuals, with 40 per cent of iPhone users claiming to be "intellectuals”. However few of them reported having any real technical skills.

In short owning an iPhone means that you are smug git who thinks they are clever because they own some gizmo and this makes you about as attractive to the opposite sex as a road accident. You are watching porn because you are frequently dumped for making love to your iPhone. It is Darwin's way of making sure that Apple fanboys don't breed.
