New Palm Pre to be P100UNA

GSM/3G version to arrive in North America

Our sources tell us that that those waiting for a GSM/3G version of the Palm Pre will not have to wait much longer, as the Sprint/Bell Mobility exclusive is almost at an end. The new GSM/G3 version, which will be known as the P100UNA, should be arriving with 850/1900 UMTS/HSPA support soon.

Unconfirmed reports have the Pre hitting both AT&T and Rogers before the end of the year, but from the talk we hear it could be as soon as October for it to actually be ready to make its arrival.
