EVGA FTW X58 motherboard

Rumoured
and pixellized few days ago, EVGA has now officially unveiled its latest motherboard based on Intel's X58 chipset, the EVGA X58 FTW3. Veiled in black, the new X58 FTW3 features all the goodies that you would expect from a top-notch EVGA motherboard and more.

The new EVGA X58 FTW3 supports Intel's LGA 1366 processors, has 8+2-phase power design, six DDR3-1600+ memory slots, three PCI-Express x16 slots for SLI or CrossFireX fun (x16,x8,x8), one PCI-Express x1 and two plain PCI slots, and quite big passive cooling system.

The rest of the specs for this overclocking-ready motherboard include two SATA 6.0Gbps and six SATA 3.0Gbps ports, two USB 3.0 ports, one eSATA port, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, 7.1-channel audio, on-board power, reset and clear CMOS buttons, on board voltage-check points, on-board CPU temp read and, of course, support for EVGA's own EVbot OC external device.

The list price sets it at US $269.99 to US $289.99, depending on the warranty period, as you can order it with two or three-year warranty. All in all, one quite impressive X58 based motherboard.
