Great specs

J&W Hong Kong-based motherboard manufacturer keeps continuing to surprise us. This time they managed to produce a very tiny mini-ITX, great speced 780G motherboard.

The board is mini-ITX
170mm x 170mm size, and it supports all Athlon 64, Athlon X2 and Sempron CPUs and even many Phenoms. As you can imagine the board will be limited to 95W CPUs, but you shouldn’t put anything hotter in this nice and small form factor. J&W managed to pack all solid capacitors on this small board.

The board has Radeon 3200 integrated graphics provided by Radeon 780G Northbridge and the graphics haves 128 MB of side port memory integrated on the board. It comes with Gb LAN, Realtek ALC 885 7.1 + 2 channel HD audio codec and it comes paired with SB700 Southbridge.

The board supports HDMI, DVI and VGA, six USBs, eSATA, SPDIF both coaxial and optical and 7.1 analog sound out, and all this is packed on the 170mm side. If you need more USBs there will be a header card with an additional 4 USBs.

The board also supports four SATA ports and a single PCIe 16X graphic port. If you want to plug the memory, you will be doomed to SO-DIMMs, but they are also cheap nowadays, so you won’t have anything to worry about.

We only heard the U.K. price and it will be selling for less than 90 pounds.  We even scored two pictures of the board.
