MSI's X48 Hydrogen available for sample next week

Or the week after

Sources close to MSI have confirmed that X48 Hydrogen is the real deal and that the samples will be there in the next week or the week after.

This brand new water cooled board is MSI’s secret weapon in this high-end motherboard market, and Asus already did this with its X38 board.

The X48 is scheduled for announcement in Q1 2008, but we guess that some media might see it before this official announcement. It is cool that this board supports four PCIe graphics cards, so four 8800 GT might fit in, and certainly four single slot HD3850 cards will fit there.

It might be very expensive, but it might be the best motherboard around.
