Transcend launches 160GB StoreJet

Transcend the Taiwanese memory products and peripherals company released a 160GB StoreJet™ 2.5 SATA external hard drive.

The case/HDD combo uses a Hi-speed USB 2.0 interface which can transfer at speeds of up to 1.5Gb/s.  What makes this storage unit unique is the “OneTouch Auto-Backup” button which coupled with Transcends StoreJet™ elite 2.0 software gives you a range of options, including an intelligent backup software, security options and power saving features. The case comes in various colors including Silver, Titanium and Blue.
