Samsung Electronics is being sued by a local food supply chain over an Internet domain name.

The unnamed small-time chain, has filed a lawsuit appealing against an earlier decision that the company should hand over the domain name "sens.co.kr" to Samsung.

Samsung registered "SENS" as a trademark for its computers and monitors, but the chain which supplies a popular Korean-style fast food made from dried seaweed and stuffing got the domain name instead.

The Internet Address Dispute Resolution Committee which ruled that the domain name should be handed over to Samsung.
