Slimline s3430f desktop for $1,046.99

We
still don't know the exact price for AMD's new Phenom 9100e, but at least we managed to find a listing of an HP system based around the new energy efficient CPU.

The s3430f uses a Phenom 9100e (B2 stepping, 1.8GHz, 65W TDP), an Nforce n430-based motherboard, has 4GB of memory, Geforce 8500GT graphics, TV tuner, 500GB HDD, a Blu-ray reader/DVD writer, Wi-Fi, all packed in a slim tower chassis.

It is priced at $1,046.99 and you can get it here.

We're still waiting on the exact retail price and availability date for the Phenom 9100e, which should end up being the cheapest quad-core on the market.
