Written by Fuad Abazovic

Servers up and running

Barcelona 1.9 GHz has 95W TDP and that is not that great. We wrote about it yesterday here.

The sources have confirmed that 1.9 GHz samples with 95W TDP in its Barcelona B1-stepping are already up and running and being testing in some European servers. The CPU uses Socket F+ and some tools can read it as the 65nm CPU with 4x512 KB L2 cache and 2MB L3 cache.

We've even Barcelona 1.9 GPU but we promised that we won’t post any pictures as we believe that is highly traceable.
