Barcelona sells from September

K10, Barcelona should start selling in channel after the launch in September. Some OEMs might get them in August but most of the CPUs will go on sale in September.

We learned that Barcelona will sell up to 2.4 GHz speed and that AMD will prophet good TDP numbers and plan to increase the clock toward the end of the year.

At launch, AMD wont have the 3 GHz Xeon Quad core killer, that is at least what we’ve learned.
