AMD Phenom FX/ X4 in late Q3 early Q4

Roadmap: Agena renamed


Despite some claims that Barcelona might be pushed, AMD doesn’t plan to delay Agena FX and the X4 CPUs. The latest roadmap seen by Fudzilla indicates that Xmas should be overwhelmed with K10 CPU's including the consumer models.

Phenom FX is the commercial name of Agena FX is still scheduled for late Q3, early Q4 and it should be out in the September – October time. You can expect Phenom X4 or Agena processors for socket AM2 at the same time.

The dual core K10 will be release later in Q4, but certainly this year. This is the current plan.
