Apple and VW want to build iCar

There are rumours that Apple and VW are in talks to build an iCar.

Chief executives of German auto giant Volkswagen and US technology group Apple have met in California recently. But a VW spokesman refused to say if it was about the launch of an iCar.

German business magazine Capital claimed that this was a logical step for Apple.

It said the new product would be a VW compact car packed with Apple products in a bid to appeal to younger buyers.
