Lisa Berry backdated options claim

Juniper Networks  former general counsel Lisa Berry has been charged with fraudulently backdating stock options.

The SEC claims Berry backdated option grants between 1997 to 2003 with the result that Juniper concealed hundreds of millions of dollars in stock option compensation expenses.
