Some motherboard makers not so sure as H55 and H57 boards go on sale early

Motherboard makers have been left confused after products based on Intel's upcoming H55 and H57 (Ibex Peak) chipsets were spotted available for sale in Taiwan. Motherboards from Asustek Computer, and even more surprisingly, Intel's own-brand motherboards are already available from retailers in Taiwan despite the fact motherboard makers were required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prohibiting such activities before the scheduled chipset launch on January 7 at CES 2010.
Although this is by no means the first time a vendor has jumped the gun on a launch date, this case is particularly perplexing for other motherboard makers because Intel had gone to the trouble of making them sign an NDA prohibiting the release of any information about the chipsets before Intel's official launch announcement, one industry source explained. Ordinarily, makers are not required to sign this type of NDA.

Capella:
The news comes courtesy of “sources at notebook makers”, who suggest that Capella will also support WiFi a/b/g/n or WiMAX via the Puma Peak or Kilmer Peak
wireless modules respectively.
Ibex Peak-M will also be used in Intel’s next generation mobile CPUs, Clarksfield and Auburndale, which have on-die DDR3 memory controllers and, in the case of Auburndale, an integrated graphics core.
